Adam Lyberth is a Greenlandic with extensive experience guiding in the region and Inuit photographer. During this expedition, Melting Greenland followed Adam, who, carrying his camera, showed the team an image of the Russell Glacier near Kangerlussuaq in Greenland calving and crumbling. Pointing to a green mountain behind the glacier, Adam said solemnly, “Five years ago, that mountain was white. Now there’s no more ice…”
